Shipping Policy

This policy covers shipping for Canvas Art Prints ordered through wallpix.in. It does not apply to our on-site Custom UV Wall Printing service, which is delivered in person rather than shipped.

1. Delivery Area

At this time, we ship only within the state of Karnataka. We're unable to process or deliver orders to addresses outside Karnataka — please make sure your shipping address falls within the state before placing an order. If you're unsure whether we can deliver to your location, contact us before ordering and we'll confirm.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping is calculated by canvas size and added at checkout, on top of the product price and GST:

For orders with multiple canvases, shipping is calculated per item based on its size.

3. Processing & Delivery Time

Each canvas is printed to order, so please allow time for production before dispatch. Once dispatched, delivery within Karnataka typically takes a few business days, depending on your location and our courier partner. These timeframes are estimates and not guarantees — delays caused by the courier or events outside our control aren't something we can be held liable for, though we'll keep you updated on your order status.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll share tracking details (where available) so you can follow its progress to delivery.

5. Receiving Your Order

• Please inspect your package on delivery — if it appears damaged in transit, note this with the courier before accepting, where possible
• If the contents are damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos — see our Returns & Refunds policy for how we handle this
