Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of wallpix.in (the "Site") and any purchase or service booked through it, operated by Wall Pix, 505, Milestone25, Collectors Gate, Balmatta, Mangalore – 575003. By browsing the Site, placing an order, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Our Products & Services

Wall Pix offers two distinct lines of business, each covered by its own terms below:

  • Canvas Art Prints — ready-to-hang, UV-printed canvas products sold and shipped through our online store
  • Custom UV Wall Printing — an on-site service where artwork is printed directly onto a client's wall

2. Orders & Acceptance

  • Placing an order or requesting a wall-printing estimate is an offer to purchase; a contract is formed only once we confirm the order or you approve an artwork proof
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud — and will notify you and refund any payment already made
  • You're responsible for providing accurate order details (size, quantity, design files, wall dimensions/photos) — delays or errors caused by inaccurate information provided by you are not our responsibility

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices on the Site are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise
  • GST is charged at 12% on the product price; shipping charges are not taxed separately
  • Shipping is calculated by product size at checkout: ₹100 (10x12in), ₹150 (14x16in), ₹250 (26x28in)
  • Payment must be completed at checkout (for shop orders) or as agreed at the estimate stage (for wall-printing services) before production begins
  • We take reasonable care to ensure pricing is accurate, but errors may occasionally occur; if a pricing error is found before your order ships or your project begins, we will contact you before proceeding

4. Shipping & Delivery (Canvas Art Prints)

We aim to dispatch orders promptly once production is complete. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, as they depend in part on our courier partners. Delays caused by the courier or events outside our control are not something we can be held liable for, though we'll keep you updated on your order status.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Section A: Canvas Art Prints (Shop Orders)

  • Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placing the order, provided production has not yet started; once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled, as each canvas is printed to order
  • If your canvas arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@wallpix.in or +91 734 944 4777 with clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label — we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, at your choice, once verified
  • We generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind after production has started, minor colour variation due to screen display differences, or custom-sized/custom-designed canvases
  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days; shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Section B: Custom UV Wall Printing (On-Site Service)

  • Requesting an estimate carries no payment or commitment; before printing begins, we share an artwork proof showing size, placement, colour, and printer clearance, and the design is considered final once you approve it
  • You may cancel or reschedule any time before the proof is approved at no charge; if you cancel after approving the proof but before the printing visit, any advance paid for design/proofing work may be non-refundable; if you cancel after printing has started or completed, no refund applies, as the print is permanently applied to your wall
  • If the completed print doesn't match the approved proof in size, placement, or design due to an error on our part, contact us within 48 hours of completion — we'll assess and, where valid, offer a free correction, re-print, or partial/full refund depending on the issue
  • Every wall print carries a finish warranty (for the period specified at the estimate stage) covering premature peeling, bubbling, or fading under normal indoor conditions. It does not cover damage from water exposure, physical impact, improper cleaning, or wall renovation after installation
  • You're responsible for ensuring the wall surface is prepared and accessible as advised, and for sharing accurate wall dimensions/photos before the proof stage; rework caused by inaccurate details you provided may incur additional charges

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including images, text, logos, and design layouts — is owned by Wall Pix or used under licence, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission. If you supply your own artwork or photos for printing, you confirm you own the rights to that content or have permission to use it, and you agree to hold us harmless against any third-party claims arising from content you provide.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wall Pix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our products/services. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order or service is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order or service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mangalore, Karnataka.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, services, or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
